As part of improving adding metadata to uploaded images in Upload Wizard T358765, we will focus on improving the category selection as part of KR WE2.3. This is an expansion of work on restyling the category field T361050 released in Q4 FY23-24. Our goal is to improve the interaction in the upload wizard so users have the ability to select an appropriate category from existing ones in an easy way without having to create new ones **Scope** For Q3 we will focus on improving the category field in Upload Wizard: - Revise the categories auto complete UI to provide users a way to navigate within the category structure so that they can find the appropriate category to choose from [ticket TBA] - Improve instructional copy [ticket TBA] - Look at the current sorting options available in the autocomplete list to see if we want to change anything there [ticket TBA] - Allow users to scroll through the auto-complete list to see more matches rather than limiting to a few [ticket TBA] Designs will be found in figma.
