When you hover the Refresh button in the top right of [[ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby | Special:Nearby ]], the cursor does not change as it normally would when hovering a button or link. This is probably because it's an icon only button of which the textual link has been hidden. That probably means that either the wrong ooui widget was used, or that there is a bug in ooui. @Volker_E should the refresh icon be mw-ui-button (either unstyled or styled) or should mw-ui-icons have a hover class? {F3371514}
