Pywikibot is a Python-based framework to write bots for MediaWiki ([more information](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot).
It would be useful to have a "download dump" tool that fetches a Wikimedia database dump from http://dumps.wikimedia.org/ , and places the dump in a predicable directory for semi-automated use by other scripts and tests.
Create a simple script that downloads a file (for example [one of the stored files for French Wikipedia](https://dumps.wikimedia.org/frwiki/latest/)). The script should be stored in the `scripts` folder of [Pywikibot](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot). The user should be able to choose what file they want by providing the filename, the wiki (language/[sister project](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikimedia_sister_projects#Sister_projects)) and the repository where it should be saved using command line arguments.
At the end it should check the [md5](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5)/[sha-1](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHA-1) check sum.

You are expected to provide a patch in Wikimedia Gerrit. [Documentation on Gerrit is available](https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot/Gerrit).
