**Steps to reproduce** * Go to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T2001 **Actual results** * It draws to much in task graph's due to so many tasks being added to it as either sub or blocking tasks **Expected results** * We should limit it so it dosent crash or cause slowness and dosent make it hard to view the tasks.
