It would be good to allow communities to turn off Add Image, if it causes poor edits, or if it breaks in some way and results in bad user experience. Theoretically sort of doable by removing the `image-recommendation` field from `MediaWiki:NewcomerTasks.js`, but it's only doable via manual editing and `Special:EditGrowthConfig` will restore it. There should be a better way. Other settings that should be configurable via the form: * `maxTasksPerDay` field for image-recommendation and link-recommendation task types * `minimumCaptionCharacterLength` for image-recommendation * `qualityGateIds` field for image-recommendation and link-recommendation so the quality gates can be toggled off/on via community configuration
