As a password reset user, I want to be informed on Special:PasswordReset if both fields are required (when I only entered one), so that I can successfully generate a password reset request. **Acceptance Criteria:** * If a user attempts to enter information in one field (i.e. username or email address) rather than both fields when the password reset preference is enabled for the associated account, a message should appear at the top of the page: "Both username and email address are required." * This message should appear regardless of whether or not the username and email address are recognized within the system or correctly associated with one another (i.e. do not give more information to harassers or trolls about validity of information) * Once the user has successfully entered both a username and email address, they should be redirected to the message view, regardless of whether the information submitted is correct
