On https://commons.wikimedia.org, after some category is opened in any PC/desktop browser (e.g. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Narcissus) – not logged in user should see "Good pictures" text in upper right corner, with drop-down menu listing "All images", "Featured images", "Quality images" etc. (with icons left to the text for most items).
First problem is that in Internet Explorer drop-down menu items text is wrongly displayed: text breaks its right margin. E.g., "Featured pictures" text with brown icon left of it displays "Featured pict" inside the drop-down menu background, after which "u" is halved by bacgrounds border with page below it, and remaining part "res" is totally out of the background. This should be fixed so that drop-down menu background spans widest text + padding/margin on both left and right side – as it is currently working properly in Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Second problem is that after clicking some of this categories, //usually// there is no result (result should be displayed image thumbnails from certain category with its icon for each thumb). Instead, there is message "Connecting..." or e.g. "Waiting in line. 3 ahead of us." (after clicking any of the categories again, it only adds 1: "Waiting in line. 4 ahead of us.", then "Waiting in line. 5 ahead of us." etc. And this message stays there forever, even several hours – this means there is a problem and refreshing or some cache memory is not working i.e. loading media files from chosen category is not being done. Clearing cache of browser does not help.
