This is a tracking task for technical elements missing or in need of change in order to get search in Flow working. - The API returns the revisions of the topics that had search results, but not their replies. In order to render a new board with the search results there needs to be another API call per result to get the full data for rendering. We should fix that. - The search is looking for terms in topic content (replies) and not in topic titles
