IP masking is a proposed feature to mark all IP addresses on the wikis with an anonymized username such as Anon 12345. IP addresses will be stored in the database for a limited time only, contrary to our current, indefinite storage. Some users and tools will continue to have access to the IP addresses but for majority of the users, the IPs will be masked. This will only affect IP addresses that come in after IP Masking is rolled out. Historical IP addresses will not be touched.
Please list the tables might be touched by IP masking feature, and existing metrics you think might have risk to be impacted due to that.
