Change Details

The orchestrator currently uses a heuristic to decide whether to resolve references to builtin types. The heuristic is this: if a schema for the given type exists in `function-schemata`, the type is considered builtin and will not be resolved. It may become necessary in future to do some resolution of builtin types, and this heuristic is also slightly brittle. It might be better (once we have a cache) to pre-populate the cache with builtin types upon starting the orchestrator (possibly with some metadata marking these types as builtin).
