**Background**
As part of increasing the accessibility of the Edit Patrol suggested editing task, we want to enable users to use pre-written messages and templates. Currently, users will have two ways to insert pre-written warning message:
# Using one of our "Saved Messages" / [[ https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aU0WhgPwi1Djt1lmApc_krVrGXvojM1LEAYqRxa1bN0/edit?pli=1#gid=11348671 | Warning Templates ]]. These are a set of 10 standardized messages identified by the team after reviewing warning templates created by different wikis. Currently they will live in the app, and are only edit-able by the user in their own account. We created these standard messages because we saw in research that not all language wikis had their own Warning Templates already ([[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Standardised_user_warning_templates | English ]] for example)
# Use one of their community's User Warning templates by creating a new message, searching available templates, and inserting, editing, and saving. (See work coordinated in T355141).
For the long term (target end of Fiscal Year), it would be best if we could **allow option #1, our Saved Messages, to be also be editable by the community via an extension. **
**Requirements**
- Creation of template pages for each Saved Message with a standardized prefix (similar to how [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Standardised_user_warning_templates | Huggle ]] has done) on each language wiki, where they can be edited by that community.
- Edits to these templates made on Web are reflected in the default Saved Messages loaded in app

- What happens when a user //saves// a message with a template in-app, and then template is edited after they've saved?
- Should users see a link from within app to reach where template is stored on Web to edit?
