The `w.wiki` shortener allows a couple of whitelisted domains. I was surprised to see that `wmflabs.org` isn't one of them. This would be very helpful given that URL's can get pretty long with some of the tools, e.g. my own [VizQuery](https://tools.wmflabs.org/hay/vizquery) tool can produce URL's like this:
