We will conduct structured interviews with team leads in Tech involved in building platforms with an externally-facing audience and get them to articulate who their core audience is, and how to characterize adoption of their platforms. This will inform the definition of candidate KPIs (see parent program) [x] write up a heading and summary for the Q2 goal (and copy it to this Phab ticket) -- by September 11 (@Capt_Swing) [x] write a longer blurb to be discussed with Tech Mgmt before September 30, setting expectation on scope and availability requests (@Capt_Swing) [x] confirm with Victoria which teams should be part of this effort (@DarTar) [x] consult with Mel on methodology (@Capt_Swing) [ ] design the interview protocol (@Capt_Swing) [ ] run the interviews (@Capt_Swing) [ ] write up a report (@Capt_Swing + @DarTar)
