Change Details

Currently, the Commons app only allows licensing of files under CC-BY-3.0, CC-BY-SA-3.0, and CC0. However, there are some users like me who prefer to license their files under a different license instead. I prefer GFDL/CC-BY-SA-4.0/CC-BY-SA-3.0 multi-licensing for example. Maybe we should add GFDL/CC-BY-SA-4.0 multi-licensing, FAL, CC-BY-SA-4.0, GFDL/CC-BY-4.0, and CC-BY-4.0 to the licensing option.
