ZD 786473, cid=36276684 This donor created a new monthly donation on 08/11 themselves, but still got a recurring failure message from Civi on 08/17 about their previous monthly donation, which last processed on 07/17 and had a canceled date of August 8th, 2020. They also received a recurring failure message from Civi on 8/7. Can we tell why they received the message on 8/17 despite having a new active recurring donation? If it was not a one-off glitch possibly related to turning off the automated fail messages to adding translations in {T255837}, is there a way to prevent this from happening? To clarify, I think the recurring failure message sends after the third and final processing attempt, without doing any kind of scan for a current active recurring donation linked o the same email address. Is that correct?
