As an organizer who is using Event Invitations, I want limitations set within the tool, so that it is less likely to be used for abuse and more likely to function with ease.
**Background:** Now that we are building an MVP of Event Invitations that will be available to users who have the Event Organizer right on wikis that have the CampaignEvents extension enabled, we want to impose some restrictions on the worklists that are submitted by organizers and the invitation lists that are generated by the tool. This way, the tool can perform more smoothly and we can help discourage spamming or other undesirable behavior as a result of using the tool.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
* Implement the following limits:
** 300 articles per worklist
** 5000 revisions per article
** Max of 200 usernames in the output
