There's a new version of harbor that we can upgrade to, 2.5: https://goharbor.io/docs/2.5.0/ It might require enabling prostgres >=13.3.0 (see https://goharbor.io/docs/2.5.0/install-config/) If so, create a task also for it (@Andrew knows how to :) )

There's a new version of harbor that we can upgrade to, 2.5: https://goharbor.io/docs/2.5.0/ (NOT NEEDED) It might require enabling prostgres >=13.3.0 (see https://goharbor.io/docs/2.5.0/install-config/) This includes making any changes needed to the puppet configuration (if any)
