Change Details

NOTE: This task is in conflict with T220143. Let's do one or other other, not both. Currently we reference page views for an article in the newcomer homepage for the **`last 60 days`**. This period may have been originally used as the longest time that could be calculated, and we wanted to get the largest counts possible, but we should change to use the standard **`Last 30 days`** count instead. There are two places where we do this that need to be updated per this task. 1. Suggested edits module - on each article card {F31703930} 2. Impact module - on each article page edited by the newcomer {F31703936}
