For the last weeks we've seen an influx of activity by new technical contributors in Phabricator tasks outside of the outreach program patterns.
The communication style seems to also become more AI-guided (personal impression).
So I've wondered again how to better support folks to better/faster (?) get along in this Wikimedia environment.
For the records, we've put some stuff in place in the past. Which we have never evaluated afaik:
* {T369982} (only displayed on #good_first_task s but... that requires awareness that #good_first_task exists)
* {T367500} (requires regular work twice a year, which I have not performed)
* {rPHABea784458932ee86333d1299b5d68ae6ff1d5581c} (covering both tasks)
* {H414} (disabled because too heavy)
