Seriously, who's the moron that thoughtThe redesign from checkboxes in [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:NewFiles|this shit]] was better than checkboxes? I can't tell what's been unselected, among //many// other deficient.Special:NewFiles]] to an indescribable new input element, is nearly completely unusable for me! I disable JavaScript when visiting just to get the old interface back so I can't tell what's been unselected!
I'll try enumerating them:
* Unable to determine state (what's missing?)
* Suggests include states that cannot be set (can't list BITMAP twice, but it suggests it)
* Appears to allow free typing input, but preforms unexpectedly behaviors upon focus lost (Invalid input is lost)
* Unusual behavior when clicking text labels
* Backspace remove letters not item
* Remove hot spot (The 'X') is smaller
* Interface misleads into thinking less items means fast load times
* Cannot select text (e.g. select several labels to delete)
