Section Translation supports the translation of Wikipedia articles section by section. While the desktop version can reuse Content Translation as the translation editor (T234323), for the mobile workflow a specific translation editor is proposed (illustrated [[ https://pauginer.github.io/prototypes/translation/sections/dash-mob/bn/#Welcome | in this prototype ]]). In preparation for developing the translation editor for mobile, architecture decisions and technical explorations may be needed. This ticket captures such work.
