We should use geolocation to show the gray interlanguage link in ContentTranslation. Technically, this feature is very easy to add by itself, because ULS already provides an API the geolocation service. However, we need to be careful in testing this so as not to flood the interlanguage links area with languages in which users are not interested. We should also fix at least some of the language code handling glitches first.
