I apologize if I already reported this, it's a long running issue. When the back end is slow (I don't know how else to explain it), this issue appears. When the back end is otherwise fast, it mostly disappears altogether.
**Problem:**
When the back enda property is slow (I don't know how else to explain it), this issue appearselected and we tab between input suggesters. When the back end is otherwise fastTabbing further to add a new property, it mostly disappears altogetherthe input suggester pops back.
Issue: When a property is selected and we tab to the statement selector/suggester, the property suggester pops back up. Tabbing further to add a new property, the item suggester pops back, etc. The results can be seen in the attached screenshots.**Screenshots**

Expected behavior: Once something is selected and I tab out of the field, I would expect the selector to stay closed on the selection made.**BDD**
GIVEN a Property is selected
AND move from input suggester (say A) to input suggester (say B) (most noticeable when we use tabs quickly)
WHEN lookup in the input suggester (A) is still running
AND the input suggester A pops back up
THEN It's possible that input suggestions for both input boxes (on top of each other) will appear at times.
**Acceptance criteria:**
- When we tab out of a input field after selecting, the suggester should remain closed on the selection made
