Hi! I succeed to reduce this special list on wp:fr to 1 559 templates [https://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sp%C3%A9cial:Mod%C3%A8les_inutilis%C3%A9s&limit=5000&offset=0]. Not only by removing obsolete templates but using it in the documentation. The problem is that it is normal that some listed templates are unused (sandbox, testcases, substituted templates, preload…). I created a category on wp:fr including all exceptions (903 templates [https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat%C3%A9gorie:Mod%C3%A8le_inutilis%C3%A9_%C3%A0_garder]). It will be really helpful if a filtering option using a category is added to all Wikipedias. Many thanks.
