A colleague pointed out that we have an easy opportunity to collect feedback from community members on Special:EditGrowthConfig, by adding an option to do so right on the page. Since this is a new idea that has important open questions, we want to seize the opportunity to learn more from the volunteers.
Here's a user story describing what we want to do:
**As an administrator, when I am using community configuration, I want to be able to convey my thoughts and questions to the Growth team, so that they can use my feedback to improve the feature.**
* Perhaps a good way to do this would be to add a blue button near the top of the page, under the existing text but above the form.
* There could be text that says, "Do you have ideas or questions about this form?"
* The button could say "Give feedback".
* The button could link to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Growth/Community_configuration. I think that given all the users who encounter Special:EditGrowthConfig will be quite experienced, linking them to the existing talk page will work for them to provide feedback.
