I don't think anyone uses this, and it adds an option that nobody really tests [citation need]. Getting rid of rarely used options that affect ui reduces software complexity Additionally its really a skin option that's in MediaWiki core which is weird. The option is defined in DefaultSettings.php and used in CologneBlue, Monobook, and Modern
