PHPCS has identified that some of the SemanticDrilldown PHPUnit tests are missing `@covers` tags. Those tags are necessary for PHPUnit to accurately calculate test coverage. Once the tags have been added, the MissingCovers sniff should be re-enabled in `.phpcs.xml`.
