**Setup** - MediaWiki 1.29.0-rc.0 (37c22fc) 23:03, 22 June 2017 - PHP 5.6.30-0+deb8u1 (apache2handler) - MariaDB 10.0.31-MariaDB-1~jessie Pages are no longer propagated into the categories added to them. This used to be an issue with 1.27.0, 1.27.1 as well as in 1.28.0. Now the issue is back again.
