Change Details

While using the PageTriage toolbar and Feed there are a lot of depreciation warnings in the console. Most of these seem to `jQuery.unbind(...)` and `jQuery.bind(...)` depreciation warnings. Changing these to `jQuery.off(...)` and `jQuery.on(...)` respectively should resolve it.
