Some articles are extremely long, and could use a table of contents for themselves. For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_II The table of contents makes it easy to see the breakdown of each section, however: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Book&bookcmd=download&collection_id=4b064ad25c0ca5dbf74477f6df5aa83bf3a91f58&writer=rdf2latex&return_to=World+War+II There appears to be no way to actually force a table of contents. It would be nice to add an option to allow a table of contents for longer articles, and specialized documents that require a table of contents page (e.g. ISO documents).
