Change Details

When I try to upload an image which I already uploaded while ago, shows me the following error: "The description page for this file has already been created at :Screen_Shot_2015-10-07_at_1.01.22_PM.png, but no file with this name currently exists. The summary you enter will not appear on the description page. To make your summary appear there, you will need to manually edit it. thumb" Can we change it to something simpler to better reflect the issue encountered?
