The Growth, Android, and Structured Data teams are all interested in building features that help users add images from Commons to articles, with the assistance of algorithms. This epic collects all the related workwork on the algorithm and backend as we research, test, ideate, prototype, and build out these features. Major components of this work include:
* Image matching algorithm from the Research team, which proposes images for articles based on Wikidata.
* Minimum viable product from the Android team, meant to test out the workflow in a controlled setting.
* Proof-of-concept API built by Platform Engineering team.
