Currently, as a side effect of our custom cell swiping, tapping or holding a cell in the Notifications Center doesn't show the standard background fill to indicate to a user the element is selected. You can see this standard behavior in system apps like Settings. **Test Steps** 1. Tap and hold on a Notifications Center cell 2. Confirm it shows a background highlighted fill color (blue) 3. Switch to Edit mode 4. Tap or hold a cell and confirm it shows with a background highlighted fill color 5. Switch themes and repeat **Expected Results** The background fill should change when highlighting or selecting a cell. It should never be persistently changed to that background color unless the user is selecting it in Edit mode. {F34942554}
