As an event organizer who is trying to delete my event registration, I want to be able to delete my event from any wiki where I can access Special:MyEvents, so that I can easily and quickly delete my event registration. **Note:** This work is for a back-end change that should not impact the user experience when the organizer chooses to delete event registration via the kebab menu from Special:MyEvents on a wiki that is not the wiki of the event. **Acceptance Criteria:** * Given an event organizer goes to Special:MyEvents and clicks on Delete Event in the kebab menu ** And the event ID does not belong to the wiki where the user is trying to access the page *** The API request for the deletion will be sent to the wiki of the event
