Two separate entries on my watchlist:

00:44 . . (+268) . . Kharkiv07 (talk | contribs | block)
00:44 The current system on Wikipedia talk:Article request workshop (2 changes | history) . . (+18) . . [Kharkiv07; DannyH (WMF)]
00:44 . . (+18) . . Kharkiv07 (talk | contribs | block)
00:28 . . (0) . . DannyH (WMF) (talk | contribs | block)
Both watchlist entries use the same title, but in reality they refer to two different aspects of the board. The top is the edit history for a topic called "The current system" on the Flow board "Wikipedia talk:Article request workshop," so everything is correct. The edit history on the bottom is for the creation of the board by @DannyH, followed by @Kharkiv07 creating a new thread, so that title is straight up wrong.
In general, the labels for each revision shown in the watchlist could be made a lot clearer ([[ https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Article_request_workshop&action=history | this ]] does a pretty good job).
