The `Special:GlobalBlock` page needs to be updated to hide the target of global autoblocks. It currently leaks this information, as the loading of existing blocks includes global autoblocks. Furthermore, we should prevent users modifying global autoblocks using the `Special:GlobalBlock` page, as local autoblocks can only be removed by a user (and not modified). =======Acceptance criteria * [] The existing global blocks notice does not expose the IP address of a global autoblock
