As an organizer, I want to be able to learn about other events or projects that I can either join or be inspired by after I configure event registration, so that I can more easily understand the wider ecosystem of events and collaboration opportunities available.
**Acceptance criteria:**
* Given an organizer has created an Event page
** When an event registration has been successfully enabled on Special:EnableEventRegistration
** Then the page should redirect to the Event page
*** And it should show a success message in a pop-up/modal: "Registration is enabled. Participants can now register for your event."
*** And, below the success message in the same pop-up, they should see the following text:
**** "Visit the Collaboration List, where you can find more events and communities on the wikis."
***** Collaboration List should be bold
***** Collaboration List should link to Special:AllEvents on wiki that the user is on
* For noJS users, we will keep the current flow.
