Open the echo message popup from the personal toolbar. You need lot of messages and the current page should be also long with scrolling. With the message popover open, scroll on it, you will reach the end of messages, and then page start scrolling. And the popover keep growing to reach the view port bottom. (Showed this to @Mooeypoo in person)
