It will be possible to create local articles in WIkidocumentaries. There will be two types: Testimonials are articles written by one contributor only, and they become primary sources. The other type is the ordinary Wikipedia-type article. Articles written in Wikidocumentaries work as sandbox articles that can be adopted to Wikipedia. That requires to think about how user accounts are defined and how article history can be preserved. Note also that the environment is multilingual.
