Once the new extra plugin with extra-analysis-khmer is available on Maven Central, we need to deploy it to the Elasticsearch cluster and restart the machines with it enabled, so we can reindex the Khmer-language wikis (see subtask). (This is important but not urgent, so if it makes sense to wait a bit and bundle it with other tasks that require restarting the cluster, that'd be fine.)
