This task does not necessarily mean that Wikimedia Hackathons need to change much, this is just to revisit our choices to make sure they make sense. Things to look at: - Ideal size of events - Key roles to fill: potentially asking for a budget to fund volunteers or volunteer WMF staff to fill the rolls & fly to events owning a part of the event organization. - Should we continue to hold one big hackathon a year or would it be more beneficial to hold multiple smaller ones?
