We need to implement these. There is so many features in Huggle that users are not aware of and I can't really think of a better way to inform them. We could probably embed these tips to new tab page, empty queue page, preferences form and welcome page. I don't really know how to do that in case of welcome page, I suppose they would need to be embedded in the wikitext, and IDK if there is any way to display line of text from some randomizer in MW.
