Change Details

Parent subtask (should be mostly testable by QA) for holding all developer Article UI subtasks. This task should move to QA once complete, but [Dev] subtasks of this will be resolved & skip QA once complete.

We have rewritten all Article UI in the app to Swift as a part of mobile-html. We need to test this and make sure nothing has regressed compared to the old version. Note the footer UI (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T226094, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T238875) and references UI (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T244627) has changed in this version, but everything else should be the same as before.
