I frequently have to click "Mark all as read" several times to actually mark all of my notifications as read. Each time I click it, it seems to only mark the currently displayed notifications, rather than "all" notifications as the button clearly says.

Since the popups don't show all notifications, users with a lot of them have to "mark all as read", reload, "mark all as read" again, etc in order to actually clear their notifications.
