Add support for the ukrainian language on the /feed/onthisday/{type}/{mm}/{dd} API. Selectors will be slightly different from other wikis for the "selected" type because related ukwiki page besides actual events info accumulates also data about births and deaths. My proposal is to put events data on that page into a div container with some special class name and then use this class name as part of a selector query.
