French Wikipedia [[ https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Prise_de_d%C3%A9cision/Indexation_des_pages_utilisateur_par_les_moteurs_de_recherche | has a decided in 2010 ]] to not index users pages and user talk pages. This has been setup on the global preferences (iirc). But user talk pages using Flow boards are indexed.
