NOTE: this task is not in the initial release, but planned for future releases. The link inspector (see T269644) should have a blue edit pencil on the right-hand side to change the target of the link. * The edit pencil should open visual editor's link dialog, with all of its own suggestions, but with some modifications. ** On mobile, the "Text" field should be inactive or just not present; i.e. the user cannot change the link text, just its target. ** The "External site" tab should be inactive or just not present. * If the user selects something to be the new link destination, they end up back on the link inspector card, but its state is different. ** Instead of the light gray text that says "Should this link to the article for ______?", it should say "Link to:" ** The right arrow no longer has the "Skip" word next to it. ** Instead of having the "Yes" and "No" button, it now has a single new button in the middle: "Revert". The icon for this button is a curvy revert arrow. ** When the user selects that revert, then the card goes back to the state it was in when the user first laid eyes on it -- before it had "Yes" or "No". * In the article, the highlighted link gets a new icon next to it (as opposed to a check or X from yes/no).
