Change Details

When creating a new page, it is sometimes desirable to offer boilerplate or pre-structured content. This is supported in the wikicode editor by the `&preload=` option. Such an option would probably benefit to be added to VisualEditor as well, especially considering that VisualEditor is primarily aimed at new(ish) editors, who would arguably most benefit from boilerplate/pre-structured content.
