Replace the plain read-only git server in train-dev with Gerrit, configured in a way that allows the debian@deploy user to push to selected repositories during deployment. I think we don't need a full CI copy, merely something that merges the change deploy-promote pushes, either automatically or manually. Might be as simple as the user accessing the Gerrit web interface to do that (V+2, CR+2, submit).
