This task will track the receiving, racking, setup, and installation of the 4 new ganeti hosts ordered on T161702.
Racking Proposal: These all need to be in different rows (and if possible racks) from the existing ganeti hosts in eqiad. ganeti1001-1004 are all located in row C, so please locate these in any row other than C, and spread them across 4 racks. (This racking plan was reviewed with @akosiaris & @robh via irc.)
